Hey Saskia. Can you tell us a little bit about your tape and your song selections?
My mixtape is for breakfast on the morning you wake up from being sad and you can pick yourself up again. They’re warm songs that bring sunshine through the window and make all the little dust-motes dance.
What direction did you take with your cover art, and what was your process?
I had this mental image of a messy kitchen in the early morning - I really like cooking and I kind of use it as my switch-off time so I just associate busy kitchens with stress relief. I wanted it to feel gentle but lively and reflect the feeling of starting to feel better.

Oh - and I really enjoyed the Bon Iver visualiser - boniver.withspotify.com
What did you listen to growing up?

And what’s on heavy rotation for you at the moment?
I’m listening to a lot of Rosalia, and Michael Kiwanuka’s new album. I’m in a bit of a rut musically at the moment, I could do with some new recommendations!
What’s happening in your creative world at the moment?
I’m having a quiet start to the year, letting myself just work on some personal projects without any expectations which is really good.
Where can we find you?

What are your fave album covers, records with a great music and artwork combo, or musical projects with a visual component?
One of my favourite album covers is King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard’s Polygondwandaland - it’s got big dungeons and dragons energy and the more you look at it the more you find little funny details.
